Recipe from Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beachclub Resort
Cape May Cafe Tomato Bisque Soup
Disney has several tomato soups which are served at various restaurants. What I like most about the Cape May Cafe Tomato Bisque Soup is how thick and creamy it is. But it is definetly not diet food.
When we make it at home, we like to pair this Cape May Cafe Tomato Bisque Soup with Woody’s Lunchbox Grilled Cheese sandwich. If you’re not that hungry, you can cut up the sandwich like croutons and garnish the soup. They don’t serve it this way at Cap May Cafe, but maybe they should!
